If there is one thing that many information security professionals have in common is that they like to talk. Most of have opinions, and are not afraid to share them. It is not a secret that I am involved with SANS, so it should not come as a surprise that I wholeheartedly support their reading room.

Recently, GCPM Gold Candidate Charlie Scott of the University of Texas published a paper titled Get Out of Your Own Head: Mindful Listening for Project Managers. The paper advocates the concept of mindful listening as a great tool in your project management portfolio.
